How do I know that I am getting the same or better coverage with the policies you are proposing?
We run a previous insurance report. This report allows us to match your current liability limits. Many clients choose to increase their overall coverage once they see the savings involved.
Okay, what about the coverage on my home?
We run extensive property characteristic reports to insure proper coverage.
Our home policies are 100% replacement cost. This means our insurance companies will rebuild a brand new home to your current homes exact specifications (i.e. sqft, # of bathrooms, brick or frame, roof type, garage, foundation type, etc.) in the event of a total loss.
Your licensed agent will discuss various endorsements that provide additional peace of mind including Water-Backup, earthquake etc.

2) 24/7/365 advice directly from your insurance company.
Who do I call for general policy questions/concerns?
You speak with your local agent! All agents are fully licensed. We are located right here in Jeffersontown, Louisville, Kentucky.
We handle and process all proof of insurance requests, billing questions, vehicle changes, driver changes, home updates, and anything else you can think of.
How do I cancel with my current insurance company?
Insurance agents/companies all use, and accept, a universal cancellation form. We will fill this out for you and send to your old agent.

My home insurance is paid though my mortgage/escrow. Does that make this difficult?
Not at all, We handle everything. We simply need two pieces of info:
1) The name of your lender
2) The loan number associated with your home loan.
